As Your Listing Agent, I Will:
Prepare a customized computerized market analysis to help you establish market value of your property. Advise you as to how best prepare your home for presentation to the marketplace. Prepare and explain all necessary paperwork for listing and submitting to the MLS. Compile all available information into an effective property presentation brochure. Determine appropriate advertising vehicles, prepare and submit suitable advertising. Effectively follow up on all showings for feed back and encouragement of offers. Help you evaluate all offers and the qualifications of prospective purchasers.
As Your Buyer Agent, I Will:
Discuss at our initial meeting the process of purchasing and financing a home. Explain contracts and other documents to be signed. Dilligently search for homes that meet your requirements. Prepare a computerized market analysis on the home you are considering. Carefully prepare, professionally present and effectively negotiate a purchase offer on the home of your choice.

Personal: I am a third generation Washingtonian who loves this beautiful city and tolerates the traffic and weather. After 20 plus years of "Army Life", having lived in several states. We relocated to Northern Virginia in 1976 for the cultural and educational opportunities.
Any spare time is spent with my grandchildren, enjoying my home town, traveling, gardening, reading, or relaxing at my farm near the ocean. I am a happy person and I love my job! I will NEVER retire!
